Fit4Bath is an exciting new charity fitness initiative, motivated by a desire to get people of all ages using sport and physical activity to get fit, have fun and raise money for great causes.

What is the Fit4Bath Challenge?
The Fit4Bath Challenge is an opportunity for local Bath businesses, clubs & societies to participate and compete in a mini indoor triathlon (row, run and cycle).
Once signed up their chosen team of three employees will train with and compete at the world class training facilities at the Sports Training Village, University of Bath.
Our focus is on FUN, using sport as a way to increase physical health and well-being. Teams will be supported by a Personal Trainer from Team Bath who will help develop and support teams in meeting their individual training plans.

Fit4Bath are partnering with The Parry Family Charitable Foundation (PFCF), Team Bath, at the University of Bath and Sporting Family Change to raise money to raise money to inspire children in Bath and North East Somerset to make sport a part of their everyday lives through the Fit4Bath Children's Programme.
Doing it for the kids...
The Fit4Bath Children's Programme is a year-long free programme of children's sporting events, developed and delivered by Team Bath and Sporting Family Change. Through a mix of outreach into schools and communities as well as free Fit4Bath Festival days up at the Sports Training Village, University of Bath, local kids will benefit from the expertise and enthusiasm of our partner organisations, helping to connect them with a variety of new sports and physical activities.

Our expert personal trainers will provide each team with bespoke support to get ready for the challenge and, post event, we'll also be contributing to the delivery of Fit4Bath Children's Programme. |
We will be working with Team Bath and others to deliver the year-long programme of events for children in Bath and the surrounding areas. |

With all entry fees being matched pound-for-pound by the PFCF, this is an opportunity for organisations in the area to make a huge difference in local kids lives encouraging and supporting them to get involved in sports activities in a fun and fitness-focused way.
